Brett Endes specializes in the aggression and reactivity other trainers gave up on, along with separation anxiety, puppy chaos, and real world obedience. 30 plus years, more than 20,000 dogs, now training in your home across Greater Austin and the Hill Country. Even when others called your dog untrainable, there is hope.
Your dog isn't broken
The advice you've been given is
You have tried treats. You have tried YouTube. You have tried the trainer who came to your house, smiled, and left you with the same dog you started with.
Here is what 30 years and 20,000 dogs has taught me. Dogs do not need bribery. They need structure and leadership. The aggressive dog, the leash puller, the anxious rescue, every one of them can be turned around. The breed is never the problem. Doodles, French bulldogs, shepherds, rescues, working breeds. Real world obedience, balanced methods, and a trainer who has actually seen it before, that is the solution.
By the time the phone rings, I am usually the third trainer the family has called. The positive only approach already failed. The dog is worse, not better. That is where my real work begins.

Meet Your Trainer
Helping your dog live in our human world
Brett Endes is a professional dog trainer and canine behavior consultant, now bringing The Dog Savant to Austin. He earned his Comparative Psychology degree from the State University of New York and graduated from the Academy of K9 Education, with 30 plus years and more than 20,000 dogs behind him.
His approach is balanced. Structure, leadership, and clear communication, not bribery with treats. He teaches you as thoroughly as he trains your dog, because lasting behavioral change asks the human to commit too. Doodles, French bulldogs, shepherds, rescues, working breeds. The breed is rarely the problem.
You may have seen his work on National Geographic, the Hallmark Channel, or his series The Untrainables, where he takes the cases other trainers walked away from.
